Of course they can, but the fat and ugly men feel tend to demand for a fair, thin and hot wife and will look down on any girl who doesn't fit that criteria.

More variety. I think it's well accepted that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Whereas there are generally some people who are almost universally accepted as beautiful, usually people have their own likes N preferences about who they consider as beautiful.

Case in point , variety and a plethora of choice are must.

In Bollywood, frankly speaking, I'm just tired and fed up of seeing some of those same faces turning up in all movies. So for me , Hollywood is better than Bollywood any day.

Maybe but at least in Canada, I can tell right away if a guy is Indian or Pakistani because generally speaking, they are so much more groomed and well-kept vs Indian men who put minimal efforts into their looks or weight but will demand someone who looks and dresses like Katrina or Ash 😆

Success also makes people call some celebs handsome but that is for a year or two. Like Seymour Hoffman won some most attractive title the year he won an Oscar.

We cant really blame them. Even in the West, Indians have similar culture to Chinese where young men are pressured from childhood to just study and study so they do not get time to do anything else . The ones who succeed do end up with hot foreign wives so its balanced out 😆

Indian Men , on an average are hugely lacking in awareness about grooming. But luckily , that trend is changing. Now I see men going to parlour for facial , body hair removal, many of my male friends are body conscious and weight conscious and hitting the gym for physique building.

It is happening because Indian women now have more and bettering options, especially the cream layer - the educated and working lot.

Completely agree that because of deep ingrained patriarchy and the entitlement that comes with it, Indian men are programmed to think and expect drop dead beautiful girls when they're themselves fat and uglyass. Just because they're males.

I blame the ladies and not just men. So many stunning girls marry ugly guys that it reinforces the above mentioned beliefs only. Unless and until they learn to put their feet down the situation won't change as fast as it should.

Indian men actually can be one of the most beautiful lot in the world if only they clean up and dress up nicely and put in the effort. At per with their Western brothers.

Because when Indian men are beautiful, there is none more beautiful than them. Speaking from experience.

Half the actors are coz of nepotism , and half are taken for talent/brand.

Exactly the skin color we South Asians have, whites spend hours in the sun just to get it. We are obsessed with fairness and goras are obsessed in getting tanned

In fact , beautiful Indian Men are more beautiful than Western or white males because they've the best of both features, caucasian and dravidian.

Indians are a race of mixed anthropology and that is their greatest plus point lookwise. Their features balance out.
