Part 2
It was a beautiful morning. She woke up and her eyes fell on her handsome husband. She smiled wide and kept looking at him. Everyday she would wake up and find him either sleeping peacefully or with a coffee mug in his hand, either ways he was the first thing she looked at. More than a habit it was the butterflies she felt in her stomach.
"Kitta sukoon rehta h Vansh k chehre pe is waqt" She mumbled and smiled.
Vansh switched sides and the sunrays were directly falling on his eyes. Ridhima suddenly ran to stand between. She slowly covered the window with the curtains.
She sat down on her knees beside the bed, Vansh was almost on the edge of it, she was an inch away from him.
"Nazro se he bhale, tumne chua to sahi" Vansh whispered. She held her breath, scared, her heart pumping double amount of blood.
"Ab tum ya to khud kiss krlo, ya Mai kr lunga" he added, his sleepy voice like a Melody to her ears. It gave her goosebumps.
"Ridhima" Kabir knocked on their door making them startle
"Aa Gya tumhara aashiq" he taunted still lying on the bed
"Tumhara Bhai" she replied
"Darwaza kholo" he ignored her
"Mai nahane ja rahi hu, tumhe kholna h to khol do" she made a face and moved towards the washroom
"Ye Kya batmeezi h, Ridhima" he called her loudly
"Vansh, tum abhi Tak so rahe ho" Came Ragini's voice knocking on the door
"Dekho na Ragini, m kabse knock krra hu" he heard Kabir
"Kya dikkat h yar in dono ki, neend chain nhi h kuch" He got out of the blanket to open the door
"Itti Subah Subah, kya kaam h?" He asked them as he opened the door
"Ridhima kaha h?" Asked Kabir, peeking through the door sides
"Washroom m h, ayegi to neeche bhej dunga.. tumhare pass." Vansh rolled his eyes
"Vansh" Ragini slightly pushed Kabir to hug him
Ridhima was watching this peeking through the door.
"Aaaaaaa" she screamed when she saw Ragini approaching Vansh
Vansh ran towards the washroom
"Ridhima? Kya hua" he asked concerned
"Wo mai fisal gai" she answered giggling inside
"Mai help kr deti hu, darwaza kholo" Ragini followed Vansh and stood beside him
"Mai theek hu Ragini tum jao" she kinda screamed irritated
"I think you should leave, I will help her" Vansh turned back to face both of them
"I know Bhai.. it must be uncomfortable.. I can stay.. you know" Kabir shrugged his shoulders
"Oh no, not at all, please, excuse us" he smiled.
Ragini glared Vansh and left the spot along with Kabir.
In the corridor :
"What's wrong with them both" Ragini gritted her teeth
"It's okay, matter of few days" Kabir said
"You think so? She raised her brow
"I mean, I sense, they don't want the same thing we want" Ragini sighed
"You are over thinking, let this brain of yours rest" Kabir tapped on her head and left.
In the room :
"Ridhima, bahar ajao, wo dono gaye" Vansh whispered
She slowly opened the door and looked here and there before coming out.
"Thank God" she took a sigh of relief.
"Abhi to bhaga dia..par.." Vansh looked at her
"Vansh" Dadi was standing at the door
"Han Dadi" he turned
"Beta ajao neeche, wo tum dono k roke ki rasam h na.." her smile faded "Par ek dusre k sath nahi"
"Kya kr Skte h, Jo jiska hota h use he milta h beta" she assures and asks them.to come downstairs
"Jo jiska hota h, use he milta h" Vansh chuckled and left the room
In the Hall :
"Ye lo dusri dulhan bhi aa gai" Anupriya told the mehndi group
"Aap Ridhima yaha betho" Sia welcomed her
Ridhima gave her a smile and sat down on the bench.
"Konsi wali mehndi lagau" the girl asked Ragini showing her the designs
"Vansh! Idhar aao na btao na konsi wali achi h, akhir tumhari pasand ki he to lagwaungi na" She called him
"Ye to soch soch ki baat h Ragini, warna kabhi kabhi to bigdi Hui mehdi bhi sabse Jada pasand ajati h" Vansh smiled subconsciously remembering mehndi ceremony of his and Ridhima.
"Sahi kaha, yaad h kese bhabhi k sath sath hum sab ki mehndi kharab ho gai the" Sia giggled.
Ridhima gulped, guilt takinh control of her mind. She was holding back her tears. She couldn't let this happen, she cannot let him go. She was busy in her thoughts when the girl asked her "Mam Kya naam likhu"
Vansh instantly looked at her, she was staring at the ceiling, oblivious to surrounding, "Vansh" She quipped. Vansh smirked. He thought of telling her but then decided against it. "Ab Jo Sach h wo Sach h" Angre stood beside him witnessing everything.
"Angre"
"Boss, chupaye nahi chupte rishte or ye to fir b pyar h" Angre said
"Madam ho gya" the girl informed Ridhima
"Mjhe dekhna h" Kabir Ran and held her hands
"Vansh?" Kabir looked at the name
"Ye tumne ispe Vansh ka naam Kyu likh dia" he asked the girl
"Mene to wahi likha Jo ma'am ne bola" the girl answered
"Mjhe lagta h mene Vansh bola hoga tumne wo MU kr Lia hoga" Ragini came to rescue.
"Ye kesa irresponsible behaviour h, mitao ise" Kabir said in anger about to remove the mehendi when Ridhima held his hand
"Kabir no" She said with a straight face.
"Boss, mjhe lagta h bhabhi ko apki jarurat h" Angre whispered
"Nahi Angre, we have to fight our own battles, or at least start fighting it, I am always there for her but this is her moment to take a decision" Vansh smiled looking at his bride
"Pehle bhi Meri mehendi kharab hogai the, m nhi chahti is bar bhi ho" Ridhima said looking at Kabir
"Par Ridhima, mehndi to mere naam ki lagni chaiye na" Kabir her her by shoulder and asked
"Nahi Kabir, Jo jesa h, theek h" Ridhima gulped
"Ye Kya bol rahi ho tum" Kabir jerked her
"Mene jiske naam ki mehndi lagai h, Mai shadi bhi usse he krungi" Ridhima said tears dropping from her eyes
"Ridhima tum ye Kya bol rahi ho" Kabir tightened his grip on her
"Ouch! Kabir mjhe dard ho raha h" Ridhima tried removing her hand
"Bus! Enough" Vansh screamed and went forward to intervene when Ragini stopped him
"Vansh it's between them, it's not your problem, or Ridhima ko kahi MU na ho ki tum bhi..let them be" Ragini told him
"Are you for real?" He eyed her
"She is the reason you are here today or tum" he jerked her hand
"Biwi h wo Meri, her problem is my problem, or lagta h mu tumhe ho gai h" He dead glared her slowly shifting his gaze to Kabir
"Kabir, tumne suna nahi usne Kya kaha" he asked loudly
"Kabir hath chodo Ridhima ka" Anupriya said
"Maa aap bhi?" Kabir said
"Kabir wo Vansh ki biwi h, or biwi he rehna chahti h" Dadi came to him
"Wo bhabhi h tumhari, jese Meri bhabhi h, tamacha nahi Khana to jaldi accept krlo" Aryan chuckled
Kabir left her. She gulped and looked at Dadi "I am sorry Dadi, maine aap sabka Dil dukhaya h, par m Kya krti.. Mai.. "
"Beta, ant bhala to Sab bhala" she embraced her in a hug. And everyone clapped.
In the room :
"Ahem ahem" Ridhima heard her husband's voice
"Sherni lagta h abhi bhi silent mode pe h" he sat on the other side of bed. She stood up with a jerk and went to the dressing table.
"Kya hua, muh Kyu chadha hua h? Mene Kya Kia?" He asked
"Mjhe tmse baat nhi krni" she made a face
"Mai neeche akeli bole ja rahi the, or tum side or Beth k.. jao yaha se" She pointed at the door signalling him to leave.
"Ek min madam, gussa tumhe Ni mjhe hona chaiye" he stood up, his both hand on his waist.
"Oh really ? Why?" She stood up too
"Because Ridhima, I love you" Vansh stated
"Okaay.. I know.. yes.. I do too.. I guess" she said looking at the floor
"You guess? He spat
"I mean.. I stood upto everything and told them I only want to marry you"
"Sweetheart you really thought I would let anyone take you away from me" He giggled she looked at him confused.
"Why can't you just say it?" He asked irritated
"Say what?".
"You know what! Exactly what I said right now" he said
"No I am sorry I don't follow" she turned to sit back on the couch.
"I love you Ridhima, and I know you love me too, bol do na" he almost pleaded.
" If you know it, to theek h na" She smiled
"Kya theek h? That's not the point" he frowned
"Exactly the point is that you know, And that's all that matter" She said teasing him
"No no no Ridhima, please, tell me you love me"
"I do"
"Say I love you"
"You love me"
"I mean the exact statement" he begged
"I took your bullet, I took your sufferings, isn't it enough? You still doubt my love?" She moved closer to him.
"I'm not doubting, just say it" he whispered like teenage boy
"Can I get a hug?" she smiled and looked up at him.
He hugged her, tightly.
Inhaling his cologne and feeling him close to her bones, she closed her eyes and let her be her.. "I love you, Vansh, a thousand times over. I love you. I love you and only you and I can write on the walls and streets and scream to the mountains that I love you." She said and he hugged her even tighter. Lost in the moment, they remembered all the good things. The bad ones too, their separation and misunderstandings. Above all, the love they had found in each other.
"Vansh" came a loud voice
They both broke their embrace and looked towards the door. Anupriya was standing their, anger on her face.
"Maa.." Vansh started
"Mjhe kuch nhi sunna, or Ridhima tum, tum hmesha esi he harkatein Kyu krti ho" She scolded her
"Mom I am sorry.. I.." Ridhima didn't know what to say
"You should be!! Shadi se pehle apne pati k kamre m Kya kr rahi ho tum? Ajse leke shadi Tak Tum dono sirf rasmo m miloge, smaan uthao or Chalo mere room mein" she laughed looking at both their faces.
"Maa" both of them said as she hugged them both.
It started of as a beautiful morning and brought with it so many more beautiful mornings for riansh.

Like how Vansh as usual is very outspoken and is not beating around the bush. Jo mann mein aya, bina soche bol deta hai. Riddhima needs to learn this from him. She should confess her feelings instead of going who wants what and how to be a mahaan.
