Nothing really happened in today’s episode, that we didn’t know from last episode or this episode’s promo.
Hassan (Omer shehzad) dad offered hassan for marriage. Hassan doesn’t want to, says he was always told to look at kiran(zubab) as sister. Dad is still pressuring him. They just casually mentioned in the story that Hassan’s mom knows abt zoya(dur e fishan). Based on how these tv dramas go u would generally think Omer mom would be on his head abt marriage, but nah she doesn’t seems concerned abt it.
hassan tells zoya the situation but she still doesn’t want to have hassan n mom meet zoya’s dad. This baffled me. Larki ur bf is being forced to marry someone else n you still don’t want to let him meet ur dad, but u act like he is the love of ur life
They showed kamal(furqan) mom. She knows he is good for nothing but kinda does enable this behavior by not stopping him being like this. It looks like a bichari ma who hides her son and a nafarman beta. They re enforced that kamal is good for nothing. Zoya’s dad asks kamal’s mom to help find a husband for zoya. To which kamal later tells his mom to put his name forward. She yells at him n says she is too good for u.
In the trailer we see kamal’s mom tell zoya’s dad that kamal is an option for zoya. We also see that Hassan tells his dad abt zoya n how he n his mom have gone to her house n his mom liked zoya.
The only thing I’m curious to see is how hassan n zoya convince Hassan’s dad, because in the teasers they do get married I think. Otherwise looks like a run of the mill drama nothing special.
The story progressed a lot in this episode. More than what I had expected. Hassan finally convinces zoya to let him bring his mother. Zoya is still unsure but gives in. Zoya’s sister talks to their father abt hassan for zoya. He agrees to meet hassan. He is your other kind of stereotypical dad in dramas. The kind who r their kids best friend. They meet on the same day as Hassan’s engagement with kiran. They informally confirm the rishta of zoya n hassan. Hassan tells his dad abt zoya n the rishta with her n there is an “emotional scene” between them. Hassan dad also gave him a thapad during tht scene. Hassan leaves the house to clear his head I guess.Hassan dad is mad so he threatens Hassan mom with divorce n takes her to his apa n kiran. He puts the engagement ring on kirans hand on behalf of Hassan n lies that hassan went to visit somebody at the hospital. Kiran sends a picture of engagement to Hassan and now he mad.
on the other hand kamal n his mom come to ask for zoya for marriage on the same day but come after hassan n his mom r gone. They show zoya’s dad face after kamal’s mom asks for zoya n he is a little stunned n angry. Show ends here. Safe to say he will say no.
the trailers for next episode looks more intense. So did the teasers but who knows maybe the shows picks up now. Zoya dad n kamal are angry at each other for obvious reasons. Kamal vows to marry zoya, in front of his mom in the car. I think kamal n Hassan will meet also next episode or two
Hassan tells kiran he likes zoya n shows a picture. Kiran is going aag babula. Later She says my fight begins now to her mom. I think she will tell her mom abt zoya.
Kiran n kamal r actually very similar behavior wise. Both r very dominating, n stubborn. However for different reasons looks like. Kiran’s mom is very dominating n she gets it from her. While kamal’s mom is very bichari types. N doesn’t stop her son from being that way.
For a moment in hassan n his dad argument I thought his dad would have a heart attack at least looked like it when he sat on the stairs. I thought he would use heart attack to force engagement like someone stated here before 😆. Thankfully hassan got outta there before any of that could happen. Wouldnt put it past his dad to do something like that

It seems interesting now that the story is moving fast. Typical dramas never fail to make me laugh. 😆 I enjoy watching such stories.😃
yeah the story is definitely moving faster than normal shows. Honestly I had started watching this shows because of the promos gave off a intense vibe. Thora sa pagal pan was present in the promos. I thought after nand n jalan this would be dramas of similar intensity or craziness. The story seemed like something I could bear to watch, unlike jalan.
Maybe these first 3 episodes were just a prologue to the actual story and the real drama starts next week.
Quite a few things happened this episode. I have liked the pace of the last 2 episodes. The episode was probably the best yet.
We start where we left of last week. Kamal n mom asking for zoya’s rishta. Abi gets uncharacteristically angry says no, to which kamal says zoya wants this marriage too. They argue abi slaps him he goes lal pila n leaves. On the ride back he is mad n suddenly gets worse n tell him mom, he will marry zoya only. Takes his mom out the car puts her in a riksha n sends her home while he goes back to his mamu for his badla. He eats all the sweets he had brought for the rishta confirmation n says to an empty car rishta Mubarak ho or along those lines. The whole scene made his look like a psycho.
meanwhile abi tells zoya n sis to tell hassan to brings the rishta quick. They ask if he is scared of kamal, he says no, kamal is like his dad. Gusey mei pagal. Also a beti ka baap should be smart not brave in front of the world. Later zoya n sis talk amongst themselves n say abi is worried for no reason. Little do they know later on kamal gets inside zoya’s room n asks her why doesn’t she tell her abi that she wants this marriage too. She gets scared. It’s hinted that she thinks that he will force himself on her. She starts yelling. Abi n Sasha (zoya’s sis) come. The whole situation looks bad for kamal and when he is caught he realizes the situation he has gotten himself into. I don’t know if they did it on purpose or not but from the scene, it didn’t look like kamal would do such thing. Anyway he is sent to jail by a friend of abi, who is in police. They hide this from everyone even kamal’s mom so it doesn’t look bad for zoya and larki ki izat stuff. In jail kamal says zoya is like my sister and other stuff like dat to save himself but they don’t believe him. Kamal’s mom is worried mega bacha ghar nahi aya. Kamal as a character has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. However there is something abt him I like. I don’t know what. Furqan is doing a great job in this show, he is probably the best actor of the 4 main actors.
On the other side hassan has the bimari irtiza has in raaz e ulfat where he is at the river side. He comes home to find kiran to be on his bed and asks her what she is doing there and she says something along the lines of getting used to this room because that is where she will be after marriage she thinks he is upset because he didn’t put the ring on her finger so she gives him the ring to put on her finger. He says no n gives back the ring and says she is a little sister to him n likes someone else. She starts crying and leaves. Next morning hassan has his bags packed n is leaving and tells his mom she tells him that his dad will divorce her if he doesn’t marry kiran. Soon the whole house is together n a huge family argument begins. Kiran ki mom is crying n saying bichari akeli aurat n stuff like that. One son did this before now they other does this,Hassan’s dad is also yelling at Hassan n his mom n trying to console his sister. Hassan dad again says he will divorce Hassan’s mom. To which hassan says to let him keep at least some respect of his dad in his eyes. Further arguments happen. Hassan finally agrees to marry kiran but says he wants to talk to her alone. Show ends.
One thing I realized this episode is how fast tears fall from people faces in shows. When kiran started crying the tear was faster than the flash running full speed. Anyway it was a good episode, kamal n zoya’s story is more interesting than hassan n kiran n rest of the family's story. The show is worth a watch in the background while you do something else at the very least.

I guess this will be a combo review of 2 episodes together. Nothing spectacular happened in Tuesday’s episode or today but story has good pace.. Tuesday episode was focused on hassan family. There story isn’t as interesting as zoya’s family. Maybe it’s because Hassan’s family story is of a churail nand. To me what is interesting in zoya’s family is that while kamal is crazy, abi is not weak neither r zoya n sahsa. Kamzaur pei zulm stories don’t interest me. Anyway on to the review.
Hassan tells kiran he will run away from the house n marry zoya. She doesn’t want to lose hassan so she tells him she will help him marry zoya but he shouldn’t leave the house. He tells Hassan’s dad that she doesn’t want to marry hassan. Kiran’s mom spins it and situation also makes it so that she is hailed as though she has made “the great sacrifice”. If you want a person to hype you up in front of other, call kiran’s mom. She is amazing at that. Hassan’s dad in behen ki mohabbat and being stupid, hands over the house papers to kiran’s mom, his sister. She is phooli na samai with happiness, but hides it a little. Turns out kiran isn’t really helping hassan. She will let zoya come but will destroy her life after marriage so she can get Hassan. I was “stunned” I tell you just “stunned”. Anyway hassan is called by abi n abi indirectly tells hassan to bring rishta quickly.
Before hassan had come to abi, kamal’s mom had gone to abi n found out abt kamal n begged abi to let him go. Kamal get released goes home with mom while not being able to walk properly. He takes a shower I assume, n suddenly in new clothes n all he is completely healthy. Ye konsa jado ka pani hai, pls give it to me. Kamal goes to a mechanic n puts his car girvi n gets some money. He takes his mom to abi n while hassan is there, falls on abi’s feet n begs for forgiveness. He “returns” 1 lakh.says he will give rest back before his behen zoya’s marriage. After lot of begging he is forgiven. Kamal said he is giving 1 lakh but he never gave the paisa. They were always in his hand n then suddenly disappeared from the scene. Anyway end of Tuesday’s episode.
Today’s episode was shaadi episode. Kiran convinces her mamu to go with hassan for zoya ka rishta. He agrees but doesn’t look convinced. However at zoya’s place he seems like he never had a problem. It is shown kiran’s mom is boss of the house. Anyway we cut to the marriage. No menhdi, dholki etc shown. Before Hassan family goes to shaadi his dad again looks like he doesn’t want the marriage. The director tries to show that Kiran is trying to pretend to be happy but is really crying. However idk if it’s a directional issue or actor, it was very obvious kiran was crying only. But nobody notices for some reason, until my hero of the show kamal notices it. He really is the best actor of this show IMO. He realizes she likes hassan.Iske Dimag mei Baji ghanti. He talks to her but she brushes him of thinking he is a flirt. He says mulakat hoti rehaigi. Anyway they hassan n zoya get married, during ruksati kiran looks at kamal n finally I think it clicks to her that kamal likes zoya. I’m not sure if tht is what they wanted, but tht is wat it felt like. Everyone left at the same time but somehow kiran got home first. Maybe zoya n hassan ki car ka petrol finish ho gaya somewhere. She sits in Hassan’s room n is sad abt hassan marrying zoya. Then zoya n hassan arrive she leaves. Romantic scenes of hassan n zoya talking n stuff. Next day hassan makes tea for zoya, kiran sees this n gets upset, but not in front of hassan. She says to her mom tht hassan kabhi kitchen nahi gya lekin, he is making tea for zoya. Show ends.
I think the show would have been much better if furqan was the lead, even if the same story. He is still the villain but more focus on him. Dur e fishan is fine but her face is always smiling. Looks like she will burst out laughing any minute. Maybe she has one of those hasmukh face. Omer shehzad looks more scared of zoya than in love. Zubab needs to improve the skill of being subtle while acting. It was painfully obvious she was not happy with the marriage. I find it hard to believe her mamu would not realize this n stop the marriage.
Seems like kamal will go to zoya’s new house from the trailer, probably for first breakfast rasam. I think he will end up marrying kiran later on n become ghar jamai to help kiran get hassan n get zoya for himself. Otherwise I don’t see how he can frequently visit zoya’s house. Also zoya n sasha don’t buy that kamal is changed. So tht is good. Anyway the episodes were ok, nothing special.
