That's the whole purpose of doing this. If 90% of news time is wasted on BW, people don't pay attention to all the real problems in the country.

But if the NCB starts calling in people like SRK, they're shooting themselves in the foot. Bhakts anyway don't matter - they are already on their own planet obsessing about religion and calling people terrorists and whatnot. But the neutral audience will turn against all this BS eventually once their own favorites get harassed. It stops being entertaining when it's people you like.

The success they had witch-hunting Rhea won't be possible with real stars.

I agree. India is a democracy, not dictatorship like Saudi or North Korea, but unfortunately is starting to become like one. Just like how Kareena Kapor said if you have a problem with nepotism don't watch movies
