the service part more than the training... i remember this because when Dad was in Staff College (sort of like a PG/PhD for Army Officers; also VERY IMPORTANT for every Major to get promoted to Col.), we used to stay in Wellington, Tamil Nadu where all the Officers (army, navy & air-force combined) come to give the Staff College & my Dad was the only Major in my locality.. the others were Captains & a few occasional Colonels.

Yet he'll say something na? Either taunting or any other mean words, if it is, it'll be proven how much low his thinking is! I just want him to see Shravan as a Captain whom he disrespected only for being a civilian, predicting he have no characteristics to be a Army officer.
