After actor Rrahul Sudhir, who plays Vansh in 'Ishq Mein Marjawan 2', tested positive for COVID-19 on September 23, we have now learnt that more people have contracted the infection. The cast and crew underwent a test immediately after Rrahul’s result came positive. Besides some members of the unit, actress Chandni Sharma and director Noel Smith have been infected, too. Actor Jay Zaveri, who hasn’t been shooting for the show since 10 days has also tested positive.

A source from the production house informs us, “Since we have a sufficient bank of episodes, we could easily take a six-day break. The entire set has been fumigated and sanitised. We will resume shooting this week.”

As reported by us earlier, actor Akshit Sukhija, who plays the male lead in 'Shubharambh', also tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday. The actor showed symptoms of coronavirus and immediately underwent a test. His reports came in today. Actress Mahima Makwana plays the protagonist in the show. It also features Zalak Desai, Shubhangi Latkar, Pallavi Rao, Jiten Lalwani, Rakesh Kukreti and Meghan Jadhav.

A unit hand informs us, “We had the cast and crew that was present on the set with him tested immediately. In the meantime, the creative team is working out the story to accommodate his absence. Fortunately, we have a few episodes in the bank, so the story won’t be compromised.”

Right now india is in bad state. People need to be more careful and responsible about themselves as well as their surroundings. I hope everyone recovers soon

10 days back they shot shaadi drama

And then covid symptoms he got after 10 days so in short chain is there

So when they shoot the shaadi drama the virus was already there on the set

I feel the same. Maybe when they shot for marriage sequence everyone got affected. Glad they have enough episodes to showcase and praying for a speedy recovery. May be whoever is unaffected they might continue to shoot with them and fill the episodes until then.
