If there was real merit in SSR case ( it being a murder), CBI would have found something by now. Likes of Siddharth Pithani or Sandeep Singh would have been arrested by now.

In fact by raking up this case, Sushant is getting more and more defamed post his death. It is appearing that SSR was taking drugs regularly going by various accounts. That was never known earlier.

So, if ultimately if nothing comes out in this case, these channels , political parties and also family would end up only destroying Sushant's legacy for their own benefit.

Earlier CBI had said they will conclusively rule whether it is suicide or murder but now suddenly they are delaying the announcement which gives rise to suspicion that some political games may be on the cards (the recent 2 hour meeting between Raut Fadnavis is a case in point). Vikas Singh too hinted at that.

Let us wait for the announcement. As Vikas Singh has said, they will go back to SC if some wishy washy conclusions are given.

CBI will need very conclusive evidence to say that it is a murder and then have to also simeltenously or shortly name /arrest the murderers. It does look like CBI does not have anything of that sort as of now. So, what should CBI do? If they announce that it was a suicide will it be acceptable to these people or Vikas Singh? Will they go to supreme Court in that case? And then which agency will investigate?

I mean this is what happens when channels have already done a media trial and concluded that it is a murder and Rhea Chakravarti is the culprit and Aditya Thakre too is one of the suspects. Conclusion reached as is convenient for their TRP and their political masters.

Now they want agencies to toe their line and come up with same conclusion.
