1. Be careful of the kind of people you surround yourself with.
2. Distance yourself from people who may be indulging in anything illegal no matter how "normal" or "common" it may be.
3. Avoid Indian news channels.
4. Don't dig into things if you can't face the truth.
5. Being with someone with a mental illness can destroy lives.

I will do my bit in trying to push it 50 years ahead. I write stories and almost always, one of my pairs has a mental illness. ⭐️
that's adorable.
Be with people who love you for what you are.Stop breaking your head trying to fit in with people who won’t accept you no matter what.Be comfortable with yourself instead of searching for yourself in somebody else.
Don’t even expect anything from people.
The world is a cold place to be in.
Adding few more:
People can get trashed for merely existing.
There is no regard for life. Doesn't matter if you are alive or dead. No one cares.
It’s not the fault of all mentally ill people. Should refrain from making such statements, mentally ill people already go through enoughOriginally posted by: Autumn_Rose

Leave the field if it is taking this kind of a toll on you. Life > Carrier/Hobbies/Passion/Dreams

nepo kids should stop acting arrogantly like everyone is beneath them and should stop insulting outsiders. Outsiders make it on their own. They deserve respect for that. outsiders should express their opinions more and not take it silently. they need to stop trying to fit in and be themselves and definitely stop dancing on the fingertips of the industry people. They need to have respect for themselves.
I echo your thoughts mintyji you have out forth it very well👏Originally posted by: mintyblue
In the light of Sushant's case, what is the main thing you have learnt?
For me:
Firstly, extend compassion to all. Practice empathy. Weigh your words. There is a way to criticize and that should be constructive, not destructive. Easier said than done, but I am trying to practice it more nowadays. I am not saying that I have succeeded yet, though! It's very difficult to always be kind and objective.
Secondly, filter every narrative through the prism of rationality and don't get swayed by media and PR.
Thirdly, exercise discretion more often, especially avoid hasty judgements.
What is your takeaway from Sushant's case?
Also, Kangana is vile POS and there are no redeeming qualities in her 🤢
