Anyone have any thoughts on why this Vikram keeps being reintroduced into this story? I know he is bringing KalMa together but I am also 100% sure he will not expose KalMa to Anvi at this stage. So why is he causing trouble? I know he wants revenge, but why this?

Then chances ye bhi he ki goda ki nakli degree vaali matter too gets out by this Vikram

Two things clear her from upcoming episodes

Vikram ke badaulath kalyan is able to see the dark sides of her family and how she or her opinions actually doesnt matter to her so called family

Epi mei clear he no matter whatever kalayni becomes in his life ahaliya niwaas mei uske aukaat is just that of a zabardasti gale padi huyi naajaayaz aulaad of Atul and Madhuri

She has no value neither gets the Position or love that godavari gets there

As per the precap, Anu has seen that KalMa are drugged/unconscious, so there may be a chance that she will not tell Kalyani that she is like Madhuri.

But even from a story POV, KalMa have to stay professional and stay away from each other and have outside elements push them together. So this Madhuri aspect being said again and again so Kalyani stays away from Malhar. Or else both of them are too in love with each other to stay away, despite their anger.

For Malhar, it is Avni. For Kalyani, it is the prospect of becoming like Madhuri.
