devastated, was hoping he would make a recovery but this year has taken away one of the greatest gems of the industry.

My kids who do not belong to the SPB generation, lobed his songs whenever I made them hear his songs. He used to bring life to the song with his emotions and expressions.

He used to adapt his voice and style as per the hero enacting it be it Kamal or Rajini or salman or Mohanlal or Nagarjuna or Vishnu Vardhan. That was how versatile he was.

Classical Carnatic or western modern, he aced it every single time.

RIP SPB sir, your voice, songs, and the music legacy you left behind will be cherished forever for generations to come and continue to heal us.

Still cannot process that he is no more. Grateful that his legacy will live on as long as time.His collaboration with the other legendary composers like K.V,Mahadevan, Illayaraja, and ARR were some of his best works.
