it makes no sense to me why people are giving a free pass to consumers. Without consumers there wouldn’t be any producers or distributors. Supply is always based on demand.

No they can summon anybody with these proofs . The defamation charge will not exist if the NCB states that they interrogated them because when they questioned accused they confessed their names . During trial it won't be a solid proof though .

Kangana's self confession will be a legal evidence only if she confessed it in front of magistrate but it is an evidence enough to summon her as she stated that she has information regarding drug dealers in Bollywood.

yes accused named them that's why they summoned them not only for WhatsApp chat.. Now they will want to know from them if they are in contact with others also for drugs or only the accused is their sole drug provider to them ...

i think they will not summon Kangana as CBI also not summoned most of the people who are claiming having secret of SSR & Disha Death ....

Ghanta logic....NCB doesn't need evidence for calling just for interrogation....evidence would be needed if they decide to charge sheet her.....arre jo chilla raha hai...ki i took drugs ...my phone has #s of drug peddlers....usko interrogate toh karo....kya pata kissi aur ka naam pata chale......nahi samajh aaye toh wapis bhej doh....police, CBI, NCB they all can interrogate based on any solid doubt...yahan toh Kangna is self confessing......and if taking drugs is such a minor crime ki koi bhi usko mazak mein bolega...toh line kyon laga rakhi hai celebrities ki....jaane doh sabko....
