Anything can happen in hindi shows. I won't be surprised if down the line, Sumo would marry Shravan, forget the army and become a bahu like the other shows. But since the show is going online so hopefully they'll stay loyal.

For SP there were rumors last year that they're closing couple of big shows and will start finite ones. Did Sony announce why this show is moving online? Channels seldom give chance to such shows and cite ratings as an excuse to either change their story or just shut them down. Maybe they're relying on online views to test how it goes!

Many years back YRF had brought amazing shows on Sony but the promotions were so low. I had a chat with one of the writers and she was lamenting how the channel thought that people would watch the shows just bcoz of YRF's name and the audience too didn't want to watch anything new. So they gave up.
A friend of mine was writing a show for SP and the channel told him to change the story bcoz the viewers didn't like the FL not falling in love with her stalker!
honestly speaking, i think its the channel's call even if fans protests, yeah sony had this problems for years & i have heard of similar cases where phone calls, stalking the office etc occurred for their pasts shows (i won't name the shows due to I-F rules for comparison purposes).Yes! Though we all know how ratings work. But still..

Not naming the show but there was a channel that used to talk about women empowerment but in its show they would showcase a wife beater as the 'hero'. I saw many people tweet to the man-in-charge to change it but ultimately it fell on deaf ears bcoz that was bringing in views, young girls would approach the actor to pose as if he was going to slap them. Can't blame the channel bcoz this is business. Why would they not listen to the audience?
