Stagnant TRPs of Yeh Hai Chahatein

For several weeks now YHC’s TRP has been stuck at the same 1.7-1.8. We have had several promos release during this time but somehow the only time we had an increase (from 1.7 to 1.8) was during a non promo week. So the promos aren’t really helping the show get new viewership. So do you think that it’s not possible to rate any better at this slot for a fictional show? But if I am not wrong, BB used to get 2 kinda ratings in the same slot.

At this stage, the way the ratings have been such a struggle for main prime time slots, 1.7 at 10.30pm is really good! It is stagnant but it also means the show has its loyal audience. It would’ve been bad if it was going up and down but the shows managed to keep its viewers hooked. I think there’s so much more drama coming still, it can always go up. Competition from BB and IPL will be there but we’ll just have to wait and see how YHC competes with them. It would’ve been nice to see it go up a bit this week but like I said, a lot of drama to come still.

it will slowly gain trp... story is gud... and nowdays epsds r also getting interesting..

Also, just another perspective. Zee doesn’t even have a show at 10.30pm, it’s a useless slot and Colors show is rating at 0.6 currently. So you can imagine how hard it is to rate at that slot but YHC is doing really well *touchwood*

BB has its own craze but I don’t think it’ll have sky rocketing TRPs this time. Even with the craze it had last season, it got around 2ish but getting ratings after lockdown has become harder.

Honestly we shouldn’t compare BB with YHC. The genres are very different. One is a non fiction show whereas the other a fiction show. I just hope the TRP of YHC doesn’t get affected too much because it is going to be a double whammy: IPL and BB.

The TRP YHC is getting right now is extremely good! It is only 0.1 less of YRKKH and we all know how established YRKKH is and the audience it has as well as the time slot it has. So overall we are doing very very good!
