Instead of showing off that they are elders and hence know everything, once their child is grownup they should be treated like that. Don't be a friend, remain a parent but do not treat them as toddlers.

Now if only her dad would have sat with her alone and listened to her, then would have told her why he thinks the way he does, instead of announcing his decision things could be different. Suman never said that now she doesn't want to join the army. Love can be a great motivator but many parents fail to see this.

This is a country where young lovers are killed just bcoz they don't let parents decide the life partner. I hope they show both dads regret what they did bcoz ultimately they will show Sumo regret.

Also, there is high tension at the LAC right now, so I hope they show Sumo's dad getting posted there and then the devastating news. Maybe that'll make Indians see where the real news is instead of the circus going on in the news channels.

Agreed. If only there was no MU between their fathers they would have behaved differently than this. They would be more sensible in their behaviour with their children

Yes, also we need to remember that these two are not adults like leads are in most hindi shows. Their behavior is absolutely according to their age. Young and first love is very different, this is the age to rebel. Bcoz later we 'learn' a lot and start thinking. It is the parents' job to not vent their anger on the children.

Like you mentioned there is MU between the fathers and the women in the family decided that it's better that the MU keeps on flowering and bcoz of that the youngsters will bear the brunt.

we do that when we are angry na.. she'll blame herself first for 'straying' and then might blame him bcoz he made her fall in love.

Yes bcoz she's a human being, we get angry and lash out. If they're going to show the death of her dad then it is totally logical for her to blame everything and everyone. Don't w see relatives of patients beat up docs and nurses at the death of a patient even when the doctor is not god and tried his/her best? (there are exceptions though when docs leave scalpels inside the patient 😆)

Only saints control their emotions and think straight no matter what.
