Meh, I still think the main reason all these channels are running the case is TRPs, more money, more ad revenue. That’s the bottom line. Because they don’t feel they have a moral responsibility to provide news on other things which won’t make them as much money. Not convinced they’re purposely not showing other news because “chalo chalo, let’s help the government and hide their failures.” I cannot tell you the amount of people who are so emotionally invested in this case and live and breathe Republic to get updates. I can hardly blame the news channels for pandering to the crowd to make some (a lot) of dolla.
