It's no an ON job......Diff. trials are having complete diff. issues........it doesn't look like....anymore....vaccine will be available in plenty for all by this year or early next year even......

Yes...there are quite a few universities.......in the same way...but you can't close everything indefinitely.....online classes are terrible too....if you see Europe is also experiencing a rise again...too......no solution in the near horizon and people are not wearing masks.......

Sorry...forgot to answer your other point....about reinfection....that's not uncommon with viral infection....but that makes vaccine development and the successful effectiveness even more challenging... it can be like the flu...I take vaccine but still, I get it... the internet and computers are definitely issues for some but the main issue with remote learning is many teachers are not yet capable enough to handle it yet....they can't record the class successfully or too lazy to post it on time....so remote learners are basically self-taught in many cases...what is horrible...
