I believe it is the army's duties to properly inspect the equipment before inducting it into service. This is after the manufacturer has performed their own tests to verify quality. Imagine that one of the new Rafale aircraft crashes, we can't entirely blame Dassault systems. There will be lawsuits filed and the case goes on for years.

Here I'm confused whether the death will happen before the leap or after.

Yes I think army people check the equipments too before giving it to their members .Agar kuch fault hua toh they will return it back .

Are they check each & every jacket or they will check the sample one ?

They won't check each and every jacket .I think sab batches mein se ek do jackets check karenge. Sab karne jaayenge toh bahut their hojaayegi . ya phir aisa hoga ki first for sample they will give two to three jackets and quality check officer or the person who is supposed to check it's surety will check it by various process and steps and uske baad agar jackets are good like they will be helpful for their unit members they will place the order for more batches..

Toh iss mein possibility ho sakta hai ki sample pieces would be good but shayad jab jackets banate waqt agar raw material galt aagaya toh problem hoga..

Yaha Mujeh lag raha devraj ko bina kisi baat ke wajah se fasaaya jaayega ..may be his manager or employee who is supposed to do quality check ya phir devraj's brother woh log galat low quality material laayenge and devraj ko bolenge bhi nahi and devraj won't even know ki hoga ki kya locha kiya jaa raha hai .and woh toh order de dega and uske phir sab raita phail jaayega
