In his insecurity he has made prerna dependent on him totally.to make pre feel indebted to him,he actually never let her become independent.

Pre has become typical daddy's girl like all time whinning.

Though pre characterisation was poor from the start but yes Buddha's insecurity has totally take away prerna's real strength and individuality.
