I just came across this Mohit IV that Spidie posted in my thread.....

Good answers as he talks about the struggle for outsiders as they try to get a break in the industry.....bechara even talks about his struggle with his thick Haryanvi accent and how he took diction classes to try and improve.....he seems like a hard worker and studious in real life too...lol that surprised me.....98% in Boards? Woah😆.....but business family se hai from Haryana.

Mujhe lagaa typical pretty face/empty head model types hoga trying his luck in acting.....but he does seem to have some brains....lol good for him😆

Haryana boy, Mohit Kumar who made a dream debut last year in the TV show, 'Ek Duje ke Vaaste 2', says he was one of the rare acting aspirants to get a break into the industry so early, i.e within a year of landing in Mumbai. Mohit, who hails from Bhiwani and has no acting background or training, and no acquaintances either in the TV or film industry, got selected to play the lead role of Sharavan in the show after five look tests. Yet, Mohit says his situation was different from his friend's who hailed from Rohtak and had to return home from Mumbai after many months of getting no work. "How Mumbai treats everyone is different, it's destiny that some get acting work, while others are disappointed. And everyone goes through the disappointing periods of no work, even I did. For about 3-4 months there was nothing happening for me and I was also beginning to get a little depressed. Surviving in Mumbai without work is tough, it's an expensive city and can leave you lonely. Mumbai is not always kind to struggling actors," says Mohit who worked in ad commercials for a year before getting the TV break. Mohit, who was academically bright in school and college days, (he scored 98% in Boards), also attributes the feeling of alienation in Mumbai to the fact that, "A lot of people who come to Mumbai to be actors have done do so by going against their families and thus are also left with no family support once they reach Mumbai. That compounds the loneliness." He also speaks of the limitations of being from regions outside Mumbai that can be detrimental to being absorbed readily by the industry. "For instance, I being from Haryana had a really heavy Haryanvi accent. I took acting and Hindi diction classes for nearly four months to learn. Only then could I crack auditions, and before that acting auditions were a disaster," he laughs.

Soon after the lockdown ended, Mohit returned to Mumbai from Bhiwani to resume shooting for the show. "Thankfully, our show was planned in a manner that about 250 episodes will be shot in Bhopal, not Mumbai. So, once we resumed we came to Bhopal, instead of shooting in Mumbai, where the Covid situation is pretty scary right now." Coming from a business family in the Haryana hinterland, Mohit says the concept of pursuing a career in acting is very alien to his family. "My parents didn't even know what modelling is initially. They wanted me to be a doctor, so I cracked MBBS entrance test after plus two and got admission too but soon gave it up realising its not my cup of tea. Then I pursued BBA from Bhiwani before going to Delhi to be a model and eventually moving to Mumbai to be an actor."

Nothing new in here except that the girl actually works as a driver initially idk if i will check it out waise bhi zee se mera koi connect hai nahi I don't watch anything zee aise hi lol but good for him

LOL ohhh that's why she looked familiar....I never watched the Jhaansi ki Rani Colors wala show but I remember seeing some promos. What is this need to cast baccha looking teenagers in every soap aajkal? 20 something adults khatam ho gaye hain is industry mein kya?😕😆.....koi ajeeb fascination lagti hai in casting FLs who looks like kids.

Anyways, she doesn't seem too bad for this role....but yeh female driver waali FL maine pehli baar dekhi hai😕😆.....Randeep ka character does look typical but it's mainly the fact that he has screen presence as an actor that I might check out some epis for....aajkal itna bhi kahaan hota hai most shows mein.

Waise I should start calling him by his real name....mere dimaag mein Randeep atak gaya hai😆....I guess it's Fahmaan something na?

Waise they may have shown typical "aukaat wala tashan" with the ML-FL in the promo but the montage makes it seem like more of a father-daughter story😆

Oh wow I did not know that but I guess that explains his accent issues but good job he's putting effort and as we were talking just yesterday it seems to have improved a lot so keep going boy

Also wow yeh toh sach main bhi smart nikla😆 He cracked MBBS too . Am impressed thodi bhuddhi wala nikla sach main bhi yeah good for him bas ab bhuddgu bharsht na hone de in mumbai ki chammak dammak that is the real test warna kaafu bhuddhi wale yahan aake beyakal ho jaate hain 😆

Oh about the IV I will let you know but it's a video call wala and jitna I skimmed they both come across very very normal pretty much like suman shravan hi samjhdaar and very professional . Warna I know mujhe bhi apna perception khrab nahi karna about these 2 so isi liye maine bhi kabhi delha nahi I ko waose bhi Inka itna kam aata hai jo bhi offscreen but they did seem very very normal kids baaki toh aaram se dekh ke batati hoon

Haan he does seem to be working on his accent/diction and the improvement shows. Baaki I guess this explains why his acting has a raw quality....he's not the typical blank face that most newbies are on TV, but there is some raw talent in him that is developing as he plays Shravan....for his first TV show and having no acting training/background, he's still quite good and has a lot of scope to grow into a better actor.

LOL@ both of us being impressed he's not a total buddhu😆.....what's also funny is ki Shravan ko show mein kitni baar log idiot bolte rehte hain and Mohit does play that ghonchu idiot side of Shravan so well too but bande mein otherwise surprisingly dimaag hai😆.....chalo I hope he can keep his earnestness intact cuz that is what is setting his acting apart right now.

Re: the IF interview....lol oh achha video call tha? Good to know ki samajhdaar/professional zone mein the....kaash sab log hi aise mode mein rahein ab....bahut kami hai professional samajhdaar actors ki aajkal😆....normality toh seems like too much to expect from most of these actors😆

I read some people in the forum saying they looked awkward with each other....lol I guess professional mode fangirls ko nahin bhaata😆.....people were also lamenting ki inke SBS type segments nahin milte....lol and here I'm so happy ki thank god nahin milte and faltu bakwaas nahin jhelni padti....bas story/characters pe focus hota hai.

I haven't seen the whole thing but mujhe toh awkward nahi laga ab video call main ek dusre pe gir padh toh sakte nahi hain dusra they just don't seem to be That type . They don't do show off on their social handles too . I am also glad ke nahi milte I would love to live them like this for their onscreen camaraderie and enjoy them drama free. Also I guess ot helps that he's in relationship toh fLtu ke link up rumors nahi aate and woh bhi he keeps minimum over the top show off nahi hai ladka. They both mostly just post their Screencap edits and always seem so grateful but not ott kinds abhi cheezien washers bechne main nahi lage lol😆

Also mohit seems bonding more with Jay than anybody else guess caz rhey are together all the time but not only mohit and kannika baaki ke bache bhi kaafi zyada normal hain inhein abhi hawa nahi lagi zamane ki as such and I appreciate it. Ifcourse their captions are super cheesy just like other teenagers but phor bhi one can see a stark difference between the "popular" teens of TV and these teens

Omg now that you say it i think yeah he was sandhya bindini ka collegue and they fought some terrorists or something 🤔 I have a faint memory of seeing him their too 😆

Lol nah I take your word he must've been good actor toh theek hi hai in the later shows too but the shows have been so extra stupid ke one cannot just watch them
