I know, so much to get done. So little time and motivation. I find it useful to just unplug from all the noise for a couple days and go hiking in the mountains or something. If you have access to them of course. I am lucky cuz there is a forest nearby where I live and I don't have to wear a mask to go hiking there.😆
Look for me medication simply masks your symptoms, it targets the effects not the cause. Which is not a great long term method for treatment. So I prefer to just de-stress & cut out the things in life that don't serve me or are making me ill. It seems to work for me, so you should try it too if you can. :)
I think that's what you mean when you said take an exit when you sense toxicity so I think we are on the same page. ;)
And creativity is such a great thing and can be so cathartic! Life can be great if given a chance. :)
My family doctor told me make sure you are not on anti depressants for long as it has side effects. I am doing my research on eating health, going for walks, enjoying the nature. Just enjoy life as it is and try to make it better.
I do not believe in luck or destiny. You just have to take risk in life and go for it. Not many will take risk. I wasted many years because of fear. Even if I fail I know that I will learn the lessons. If we make a plan 5 years from now, and we make a decision that I want this and why do I want this? You will never waste a minute on people.
We all have one special talent that this one life is enough. I know I have given a lot of time giving happiness and making others happy to fit in. But now I am making plans to what makes me in peace and happy.
