Kalyani right now isn't married to anyone but we all know only one person can be her husband the one and only Malhar Rane.
So I feel that Damini and Vikram are not as progressive and open minded as they seem. First they were saying they are willing to accept Kalyani as is and whatnot. I feel like they were interested in Kalyani as she is the DM.
From the IG clip, it is clear that they are not longer interested in Kalyani and AS has asked them to accept Goda's rishta instead as Damini said first you asked me to accept your other granddaughter's rishta. So after the burned face, these people are no longer interested in Kalyani. So it goes to show how shallow they are.
I also think Kalyani is doing this to test these people and get the marriage cancelled. I think now the new track will be Goda's marriage with this Vikram. I think when Kalyani is seen being just fine, I think these people will claim that Kalyani never wanted to marry Vikram, she is still having as affair with her ex husband and try to defame her that way.
