The way real estate prices have dropped in Bombay is so shocking. Have been zoom-seeing quite a few properties this week with an agent which were quoted 14-12 crores to me last year and the most stunning one with the greatest sea view has dropped to 8 now. Unbelievable. If anyone wants to buy that 3-4 BHK sea view wala Bombay apartment,now it's the time!!!! So much cheaper than usual. I think it's the cheapest I've seen in years.
