These must be very orthodox Hindu families if they still practice this. The kind that don't exist in great numbers anymore atleast I WB and thank God for that. In West Bengal,Gaumutra is not necessary for consumption anymore cause it doesn't happen during Durga Pujo, our biggest Hindu festival and that says a lot.

Also just because it's a reality of many people doesn't make it less yucky or eww. Its like the Chinese eating live animals. Its tradition but the kind that can make you very very sick.

Yeah Ayurveda does mention numerous benefits from cow urine but that doesn't mean it should be consumed raw and without treatment 🤦‍♀ you've to understand that even people before would consume it after treatments which are mentioned in texts ... For Eg Horse urine is used for libido and estrogen balance but that doesn't mean you'll have to take a glass of urine twice a day... Doctors suggest Premarin 0.25mg for it. Saying he consumes it puts his fans lives at risk as for sure he's not going to pay for acute urticaria they'd suffer as side effect 😡 such a irresponsible behavior!!!

He is probably not drinking the raw one, something which uses it as base product

Same way people consume elephant poo tea or popular known as world most expensive black ivory coffee

Do anything to divert attention from Corona.

The meat eaters are essentially exposed to the inner parts of the animals where the unclean (or even clean) blood and other metabolic wastes travel through. Urine is just another animal product.It’s just a matter of perspective I guess.
