It is Ryan....as Sara does not have problems with mother and father....she feels her mother loves Ashu more but she is never deprived of anything
She has Ian, there is somebody though he is not perfect
Her problem is with her looks and how she does not draw attention....
But Ryan on other hand has issues with everything including career....

Yeah have to agree. Ryan has the more pressing, life altering issues. Sara’s issues, otoh, don’t seem that serious. She just needs to get over her feelings about Ashu.
Even so, lack of confidence in herself and falling into relationships just because they’re convenient - and not because she truly has feelings for that person - is something she needs to get over.
Ryan’s parents need to make up to him. They had no idea he has been living with this thought so much of his life. That has possibly led to him making some bad decisions as well- like Michelle.
