I don’t understand this logic. I would personally only want to go back once, maybe max twice a week. Are deadlines being met? Has productivity taken a hit? No? Then what’s the issue?🤷🏽‍♀️

From a business perspective, a lot of companies will be stuck in leases where they’ll be stuck paying fees for x amount of years anyway because the early repayment fee will just be too damn high. In which case, they’re not getting any value out of having you work from home. On the flip side, I think there are some bosses/CEOs that love the idea of sitting in those sky rise buildings, it’s a show of their power and nothing else.
