New promo telecasted on tv. Naira is pregnant and karthik has gone missing :( New track!!! Thoughts??

I thought she cant have babies ?

Both her kidneys were failed ..

She has gone through kidney transplant , must be on immunosuppressives.

She had brain tumor , got it operates , must on tumour suppressors.

And now she is pregnant and soon will have a normal child !! 🤨🤔....

Doctor must have meant as in having manish(being a kid) at home she will be a mom again

I need to go tell mishti not to worry. If Naira can have all organs/body parts failing etc and still pop out three babies there is hope...

Kartik's krishna ji convos really work

She had only 5% possibility of conceiving before the clot. After the clot she was worried it would have be 3%. With 3% she has given birth to two children. Now after losing both the kidneys and living on a transplanted kidney, how much would be probability? Me thinks may be 0.0001, but she has conceived again. Wow kudos to karthik, I must say👏.

Well she had only a brain clot and after the surgery to remove the clots people can lead normal lives. So kairav and kaira are possible.

I ignore the whole vedika track (ugh!!!) and to me the kidney failures and transplant didn't happen🤣. I think even the writers are sort of ignoring the whole vedika track and I want to let them.

More worried about what missing karthik means. For all his faults can't watch the show without karthik.
