This possibility is long since out of the window. He can’t be faking his love because if he was, then he wouldn’t be wondering in his mind about his feelings for Preesha. And if he wanted to trap her with fake love, why would he say ‘I hate you’ openly to her? He should have said ‘I love you’ only na if he was trying to trap her?

I agree! Also, him crying after saying that just wouldn't make sense! SO i definitely don't think its some revenge type thing.
