Yes u r right. If preesha is hiding the secret that she is not saransh's mom then rudra is also hiding the truth of saransh being rajeev's son.

Rudra should tell his parents that Saransh is Rajeev's son bcoz ppl will question rudra and preesha both

Saaransh is just a small kid who is happy thinking that Preesha is his mother and Rudr, his father. Why do you want to tell the kid that his father is Rajeev who is no more? That will only make the kid sad. At least if Rajeev was alive, it would have made sense. Telling this truth now to Saaransh, will only make him curious about the relationship between Preesha(his mother according to him) and Rajeev. That Rajeev is dead will also be too much for the kid to handle.

Saaransh deserves to know the truth but that can happen once he is old enough (maybe once he is 18?). Just let the kid be happy for now than burdening him with such a truth.
