And this komal nahta along with his MOTHER was in jail for harassing his wife
well he's not asking Bollywood to defend their wives' honour...
someone tweeted right yesterday... first, blame nepotism, then Bollywood, girlfriend, poison, doctor, therapist, family, friends, milkman, housemaid, police, bank manager, mafia-the cartels, weed cocaine to heroin, media, yahan takh modi....maybe next blame IF.
case closed.
Are we part of Bollywood? When did this happen? 😆

'This Komal Nehta is expecting too much from the Bollywood biggies. They just want to protect their bloated images and waiting for this to die down.
Nobody spoke up for Deepika when she was harassed by the Karni Sena goons and threatened openly on national TV. Not even her fiancée at that time.
Nobody spoke up for SRK or Aamir when they expressed about the growing intolerance in the country.
these so called stars are cowards , shit scared about the mobs.
Hrithik's first post on twitter was to support SRK in MNK. Farah Khan also supported him.
HR supported Aamir not just on the intolerance issue in 2015 but also earlier in 2006 over the protests and threatened boycotts during Fanaa's release because of Aamir's stance on how increasing the height of the dam would displace and affect the poor inhabitants who were not being properly compensated. He was not the only one though all those actors in Parliament were predictably mute.

With Khan sticking to his decision not to apologize, India's Bollywood is split over supporting the actor in his hour of crisis. Leading film personalities like Mahesh Bhatt, Boney Kapoor, Javed Akhtar and Hrithik Roshan have raised their voices in his favor.
Others, like Hema Malini, Vinod Khanna, Dharmendra, Jayaprada and Govinda — all members of parliament — have remained silent on the issue.
Another veteran actor, Anil Kapoor, said, "Today, it is him. Tomorrow it can be anyone of us. We stand united." But some Indian newspapers have panned this statement of solidarity, noting that the Bollywood fraternity closes ranks only if it is a question of revenue, collective safety, or both.

That last line though is usually rather on point.

that’s great👍
I did t k ow that
Read the room, B-Town. Read the room. Bollywood is going to take a massive hit over the next 12 months. India’s cases are increasing by the day. The economy has taken a massive hit as have some people’s disposable income. Don’t give people a reason to not spend their hard earned money on you when things are back to normal. Look at all the dumb af actors who spoke about nepotism. Each and every one was met with backlash. Sometimes silence is golden.

I’ll admit this upfront — I never quite warmed to Daniel Craig as James Bond. He was intense, yes. Brooding, yes. But the magic everyone spoke...
