It's the Patchwall feature of Mi smart TV. It shows the top trending shows/films across all all OTT platforms in India on the same screen. So this screenshot is from a Mi TV.

You can downplay the effect of OTT platform on people's career as much as you want but let's face it--Aloo was panned royally and it's a MASSIVE hit to her reputation AND career. No amount of denying that can change the truth.

Hotstar doesn't have a trending feature. Just like Prime. Only OTTs that have trending feature are Netflix and Zee5. This is for all the shows/films trending among Mi users.

Sorry, bud. I just googled Hotstar "trending in India." They do have a feature, and Sadak 2 is not there.
