Gayu though I have not seen the epi, I get Kalyani's point of view about him not accepting help from them.

She is frustrated because of that and probably just blurted out whatever came in her mouth (though Pillu part is wrong and hurtful).

Unfortunately, it will take time for her to understand why he doesn't want to accept any favours from Deshmukhs.
