It looks like veer trying to seduce Bani... He sense that bani is getting affected by his touch during the dance... That pulling her back after lifting her and slowly caressing her arms and holding her hand is intentionally seducing act of veer... Yes kind of.. It's actually kind of attraction jis mein woh bahek jaate hai.. And strange thing is this Bani ne usko roka bhi nahi.. Why so?
