I can’t seem to find any fl who isn’t regressive ... in sab mein mishti is crazy for abir n can move mountains for him but at least he deserves that kind of love..

and people watch this regressive content.. there is something really wrong with TRP meters

So true, desi viewers have atrocious choice! I’ve watched quite a few KDB episodes and it was unbearable! The hero’s pouffy hairstyle makes me laugh, he’s a joker 😆

And Preeta pata nahin kya chahti hai , only the younger sister is kind of cool

KZK2 is so bad, tried to watch 2 episodes recently, OH GOD, Erica as Prerna is so stiff and artificial and screenplay, dialogues are so bad! Kahan purana wala KZK and kahan Yeh nonsense 🤪

Don’t know why the worst shows have the highest TRPs Mujhey toh TRP system mein bahut jhol lagta hai, doesn’t seem authentic.

Once upon a time, even YRHPK used to rate well on BARC. So was it a terribly bad show back then? 🤔

Don’t make such statements like my fav show is better than others. As I said, every show has its shitty parts which the fans of the show overlook. And just because a show we watch doesn’t get TRP doesn’t mean the entire system is rigged. I understand that everyone is sad with the destruction of the show and the low TRPs, but let’s not make such statements that comes across as being hypocritical.

I can literally point out many scenes and dialogue which sound so 80s. I understand that no show can be devoid of all this because that’s what people like. So let’s not compare with ‘worst’ shows to say this show is fine. The fact that we are having to do such comparisons means that the degradation has begun which is normal considering this is a 1.5 year old show.

I have a right to express my opinions about the bad quality of high TRP shows, please don’t tell me what I can and cannot say here. I don’t disagree with what you said. I just find it hypocritical that people didn’t find BARC TRP to be rigged when the show was raging well and back then I didn’t see people saying that only shows with shitty storyline’s get TRP. Now that ratings how dropped, suddenly you feel BARC is rigged and TRP audience are regressive? Such changing stances based on convenience doesn’t sit well.

Ratings have gone up again last week, check first before celebrating. Right now most shows are struggling to survive because of current situation and financial crunch! The Covid situation has badly affected our show as a main actor quit, and compromises are made everyday to keep up safety measures on the sets.

TRPs are not as important right now, SURVIVAL IS! Wishing for our show to go off air is not healthy thinking, considering all the cast and crew will lose their jobs in the midst of a pandemic! So please stop with your TRP obsession in current scenario

First off, I don’t know why you are painting as if I am celebrating the drop in ratings of this show. No wonder you completely misunderstood what I said.

Yes, survival is important and TRPs is the only thing that can make a show survive.
And about TRP, I never claimed that the highest rated shows have great content. I was only question your contradicting claims:

1. High TRP shows have horrible story lines

2. YRHPK used to get good TRP before due to good writing.
Clearly both cannot be true simultaneously. If 1) is true, then it would mean YRHPK’s writing in the past was horrible and if 2) was true, then it would mean the high TRP shows have great stories. Do you get the problem here?
And stop blaming BARC. When people here didn’t question the accuracy of the BARC data when YRHPK rated well, how can you question now? So just because this show’s ratings have fallen, rigging has begun, is it? As far as I know, Rajan Shahi’s is a big producer himself. I am sure he can rig ratings too. So don’t make contradictory statements.
