No. I don't think mishti is pregnant.. They can go for some operation n surgery to make sure that mishti conceives.. Naira had complications during pregnancy n doctor advised her to abort her kid but she denied n carried the child with her own risk.. Haa ye baat alag hai ki that child had a hole in his heart but after surgery he is perfectly fine now.. I just want mishti to bear rjv heir that's it.. Don't want this surrogacy track with kuhu at all🤢
