Custodial Interrogation is what that is needed. She is well prepared by her lawyer. He must have told her , CBI/ED cannot touch her , so all she has to do is to plead NOT GUILTY and Deny Everything, typical example of exploiting law, that's what these lawyers are famous for.

She is shameless and narcissistic of highest order.

Even then she will find someone else to blame, like CBI was pressured by Central Government to convict Rhea falsely. According to her she is never wrong.

but the question is y cbi is still not doing, something is there like ,

if we go with a positive feeling then some big planning to catch her
