How is sleeping is rule too 🤔... I added properly ...not just eating .. I ve seen kids throwing food instead of eating... In kgs my neighbour kids dig sand and put veggies there ... Which they are supposed to eat ... So there is no rule to eat food properly with no wasting ... I don know 😆
