She's always attracted towards him but her morals doesn't allow her to act upon her emotions...so falling in love with veer needs lots of push from veer's side

That scene when Veer pay the rickshaw guy to drop Bani off safely He's already so protective of her, Bani doesn't need any second Naagin help when she already has Veer.
