EKDV Written Update 26th Aug- E65
Episode begins with Devraj walking towards the door & muttering to himself wondering about Shravan & his changed behaviour, when he bumps into Shravan who was coming from the class; Shravan says sorry and asks if Devraj is going somewhere; Shravan gets a little worried & Devraj tells him he’s understood everything; Shravan looks tensed; Devraj says these kind of things are never hidden; Shravan says that there is no such thing like that; Devraj questions why has Shravan stopped eating food at home, earlier he would sit at the table; Shravan tries to explain but Devraj says Shravan is not the one who is alone in this, even he has gotten bored of eating home-cooked food; Shravan is relieved & Devraj suggests that both Father-Son should spend some time; Shravan is perplexed with this idea, Devraj suggests to take a round, & go towards Old Bhopal & just have some fun; Shravan agrees & Devraj tells him to take out the bike & go on a bike ride; Shravan gets tensed & thinks that he had sacrificed the bike for Sumo in the group study & now this happened;
Tiwari House-
Kanchan, Suman & Dumru are cleaning up the garden after the class & Kancha remarks that not riding the bike would be difficult for Shravan; Sumo replies that she has full faith in Shravan as he himself said in class that it is no big deal for him to sacrifice for a friend; Kanchan replies that there is a difference between saying & actually doing something; Suman replies it is not difficult for a person like Shravan who is a man of his word; Dumru agrees with Suman and narrates his story of being a man of his word (which has no relation to the story 😆); Sumo says that if someone asks her to stop riding her Scooty, she won’t have any problem in doing that; Kancha says for boys, their bike is their PRIORITY in life, more than the girlfriend.. they will not bathe for 2-3 days, but will take utmost care of their bike the entire day!
(A/N- I can feel this on a spiritual level as my brother does the same to his Harley Davidson bike! Full lattuu hain bike pey! );
Suman says that there may be those kind of boys, but Shravan is not that type & has full faith in Shravan; Kancha feels that maybe if the bike is no big deal for him, he can do it; Dumru keeps afew books on the table & leaves; Suman takes the books and realises they are Shravan’s;
Malhotra’s:
Devraj & Shravan are standing in front of the bike & Devraj excitedly says that he is really looking forward to their bike ride; Shravan tries to convince Devraj to ride the bike; Devraj gets surprised & asks what has happened-earlier he would scold Shravan not to ride the bike & Shravan would purposefully take Bunty along for a bike ride; Shravan says he’s not saying no, he just wants his Dad to ride the bike; Suman just arrives & hears Devraj taunting Shravan by asking if he has made up his mind to do the opposite of what his father says; Suman says she knows what’s bothering Shravan; Shravan gets tensed; Suman is about to tell Devraj about the bike-ka-balidaan when Shravan interjects and says that he lost his license in class; Devraj thinks to himself that Kavita was right about Shravan- he’s lost interest in food, bike & studies- going far away from everyone- Devraj decides to uncover the truth; Suman is taken aback by this lie; Devraj says he’ll go & get the helmet & leaves; Suman asks him why did he lie & should have told the truth about the sacrifice project; Shravan says that had he done that he would have lost the bike forever as Chachu gifted him the bike before his results came out; Devraj tells SuVan that Shravan is not that type of person who will lend his bike to anyone, let alone his Dad & taunts that all his love is saved only for the bike & not for the family members; DevAn bid Sumo goodbye & Shravan thinks to himself- “Sorry Sumo, agar Papa ko pata chal jata ki meine apni bike ka sacrifice tumhaare liye kiya hain, toh samajh jaate meri feelings ko woh… aur yeh humari friendship kay beech main nahi aane dey sakta hu.”; Suman remembers what Kancha said earlier about the bike & realises that the bike was a huge deal to Shravan which he sacrificed for her… she considers herself as a lucky girl to have a friend like Shravan.;
Tiwari house-
Kancha is standing next to Ramesh with a plate of food & says to him thatshe understands his anger & cajoles him to eat; Ramesh asks her why Beenahas left; Kancha replies and says it’s because of you; Ramesh gets angry & scolds Kancha saying that she doesn’t know anything- at least not enough to judge her dad; Kancha apologises & says that she’s dumb & feeds Ramesh some food; Ramesh eats while Kancha dails Beena’s number & tells Ramesh to be quiet; Kancha pacifies Ramesh by telling him that Beena may have been angry but she surely misses Ramesh; Beena-Kancha have a chat & Kancha’s plan completely fails as Beena says she feels really happy & doesn’t miss anyone; Ramesh-Kanchan feel sad;
Shravan-DevrajScene:
DevAn are havingTea when Devraj recites and old embarrassing story of Shravan’s childhood
(A/N-#EveryDesiParentEver ); Shravan feels awkward; Devraj asks Shravan if everything is alright & encourages him to share his feelings not as a son, but as afriend; Shravan tries to change the topic but Devraj knows that something is bothering Shravan; he says that he can ask this question to Shravan as a father& a friend because he has gone through the same phase as Shravan; he encourages Shravan to share what he feels; Shravan gets tensed but tells Devraj if something happens, he will be the 1st person to know; Devraj asksif he Shravan is able to sleep at night because the light is always on in Shravu’s room; Shravan says it’s because of studies; Devraj realises that Shravan is in love & tells Shravan to pay; They reach back home and Devraj calls Avni & tells to serve the snacks to everyone; Avni-Devraj share acute scene where Devraj tells them he & Shravan went on bike; Kavita comes & sits next to them & Shravan goes into his room to meet Bunty;
Devraj-Kavita talk about Shravan & Devraj tells Kavita that he feels Shravan has fallen in love with a girl; Kavita asks how can he be so sure & Devraj brags about his youth & how he felt when he was of Shravan’s age; Kavita is shocked to hear all this & almost scolds Devraj (Bechara Devraj… almost pitt jaata 🤣);Kavita wonders about this;
Tiwari House-
Suman is laughingat Kancha’s act & Kancha gets annoyed; Suman taunts her by saying- “lakhon, karoron main ek aisi sample meri behna hain!”; Kancha says she didn’t expect the situation to turn out like this; Suman advises Kancha to stay out of the matter& give her parents some time & space to sort things out; Kancha says that Sumo has full permission to interfere in her love life, whenever she gets a guy; Sumo gets irritated; Kancha then reminds Sumo about their dance teacher’s wedding gift & praises the idea of all the students doing a couple dance as a gift; Sumo says Anish has Devika so she should back out; Kancha gets an idea;
Malhotra house-
ShrUnty in Shravan room- Shravan is all nervous & Bunty asks him whats the matter; Shravan says that he feels Devraj might suspect about Shravan behaviour also; Shravan says he feels Devraj was acting strange & says that somehow he was able to change the topic; Bunty asks for how long- judging by Shravu behaviour, his family might start making weird assumptions; Shravan asks what to do?? – whatever feelings he is able to control, on seeing Suman, those feelings double up tenfold- he says he feels so overwhelmed by these emotions that he’s scared he’ll end up confessing to Sumo (A/N- yaaaarrrrr!!! Bunty, pls Shravan ko ek tight si jhappi de de 🥺🥺😭😭);
Bunty gets an idea & tells Shravan to write a letter to Suman, expressing his feelings for her; Shravan tells Bunty since he’s never fallen in love & gotten his heart broken, so he’ll not understand Shravan’s pain; Bunty starts to write the letter by addressing it to Sumo & Shravan tells him to stop it; Bunty tells Shravan to trust him & advises him to write the letter; Bunty goes towards the door & pesters Shravan to write the letter while Sumo almost enters the room; Shravan gets irritated by Bunty & throws the Rubik’s Cube at him which by mistake Sumo ko lag jaati hain; Shravan gets surprised & apologises to Sumo for that; Bunty retorts by saying- “miyaan ki galtiyaan toh badti jaa rahi hain” & leaves; Sumo exclaims that Bunty is his childhood friend yet he did this, in a few years he might do the same to her; Shravu says that’s not possible as she’s not Bunty & asks if she’s hurt; he goes near her & slightly blows on the wound; Sumo enters the room properly & asks for Shravan’s help; Shravu quickly runs near the desk & is able to shut the notebook in which Bunty had written; she teases him by being fake-angry & he gets relieved when she starts to laugh; he asks what help she wanted; Sumo says she needed Shravan’s help regarding the couple dance video as the wedding gift; Shravan gets nervous thinking that by coming close to Suman, he forgets everything, how will be able to dance as Sumo will know that he loves her.
Precap-
SuVan dance together & share a moment, they feel awkward & Sumo leaves the room thanking Shravan; Kavita tells Suman that Shravan has fallen in love.
