Honestly if he does end up slapping her he is going to be absolutely devestated and regretful alter. He regretted just yelling at Preesha in that hospital and even gave her a sorry card. If he slaps her then he is going to be so broken that he even did that. My guess is that he will come VERY VERY CLOSE to slapping her but will not actually do it. His hand will probably even come close to her face but he will stop himself. 😆
