Yes I miss my childhood days. You know the day I came to Hyderabad after Marriage I was eager to celebrate every festival including my birthday, but here people cook, eat and later goes to movies. Atleast I witnessed that in my house and surroundings. Gradually I too lost in the crowd. Whatever I could able to teach my children is all thanks to relocate myself to my town when my husband was abroad. But back in my town festival means get-together. Meeting people. Pendal hopping and all.

People come to metros and cities only to forget their culture, values and live a herd's life. I gets suffocated here, but no choise.

Going by the above quote I question myself that "Am I Mature"?

Padma, there is a great change in life and surroundings before and after marriage, habits, attitudes, people, experiences, which is why when a girl leaves her parents' place and lives at her in laws' place or lives a new life with husband, life is like a rollercoaster ride and she is expected to adapt when actually all around her should do it as it would become more easy.
