This loving as a friend concept in the 1915 only prove me one thing. Bhale hi usne kaha me mini se ek dost ki taur par pyaar karti hu, it didn't reach his heart. At least not for me plus he knew what Bondita was going through in his house and Masterji was coming, he knew Bondita was anxious. He had an option to choose, it wasn't like Mini was in ICU, Doctor had checked upon her but he chose Mini while even Som could have cared or there were servants.

WHERE THE HELL IS SOCIAL DISTANCING? We didn't get Aniruddh tucking in Bondita as said by him after magic show. Eff it!
