That's why its said Jawani mei sab maze karlo. You have the spirit, looks, energy to do everything. No point in following some principles BLINDLY. Do make sure to control oneself but never compromise on what you can do NOW if you are a youth.

Well, then there are people like me who never looked good when we were young. Aging is the great equalizer-I still look the same as when I was young-not good. But the good looking crowd is fretting, fuming, worried, trying every cosmetic procedure and with great alarm realizing they can't go back to the way they looked like when they were 20. Plus new 20 year olds coming on the scene and they become invisible. I have seen some pathetic once beautiful aunty age people trying to out compete and flirt with their daughter's boyfriends just to prove they still have it-LOL.
Those of us who never had it i-well we don't lose anything and are peaceful about our changing looks-they ain't fading, just changing a bit!
And the college mates are — were you always this witty and intelligent?
Yes stupido.. You were just busy running after 36-24-36. 🤷♀️ 😆

Ehh I am not so sure that would apply to everything in life. The ones doing hard drugs and alcohol in their 20s lose it all in their 30s despite plastic surgery and the best skin care available. Look at Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Byrnes, Mischa Barton etc. now. These girls are around my age but look like soccer moms with 5 kids
🤦🏽♀️ Principles are important. Can’t YOLO your way out of everything, it will eventually catch up

Depend on the quantity
Hard drug and alcohol in limit with fitness health style is fine , until your body start catching up.

Yes its true that is why I also said to control oneself but never to compromise with what you can do today. Live now to never regret later.
I am excluding some categories like the ones you mentioned. These people are out of this world. Drugs and too much alcohol is not one should seek.
I dont keep facial hair and keep my head hair as short crew cut
I think that'll keep me young
OMG he went from looking like a GQ model to resembling Jaideep Ahlawat from Paatal Lok!!! Ok, I love Jaideep, great actor but shit! Ageing is a b*tch!
He was pretty cute in Tum Bin. Such a lovely movie and that too directed by Anubhav Sinha of all people!
I wish Sunscreen was common in the brown and black community. I moved to a sunny state out in the west and started using sunscreen regularly. I know many can’t afford it, but a pea size can go a long way. I use it every day now that I learned my hard lesson that brown skin can get burned as well.
