So yesterday after the chain of events a lot of us got very upset and in the heat of the moment a lot of things were said.
Yes Quazi qazi has let the fans of the show down and yes he hasn’t publicly stood up for his ‘wonderful and talented co star’ (as he called sargun is his insta post)
However life must go on and the show must go on. We have an Instagram group with people here on IF and a lot of us calmly spoke things out and came to the following conclusion
- we honestly don’t know why he again did the unfollowing - he could have discussed it with sargun, he could have done it to bring temporary peace between the fandoms, a gun could have been put on his head.... Sarguns lack of following back could have hurt his male ego too. There are always two sides to a story. It’s social media and I don’t believe sargun and him are in a bad place. Especially after today’s episode. There is no way otherwise they would be able to shoot such intense scenes or share the kind of chemistry they do. We can’t judge the relationship they share solely on social media basis. Sargun didn’t follow him back but was posting stuff and tagging him, even did a cute birthday story for him, so we can’t assume stuff and we can see in ash/Mallika’s story, they were cool with each other.... so social media cannot be the sole basis on judging their relationship. Do we get enough offscreen content and ITV? No. That is what we have to be behind.
- Have to disassociate between Abrar the actor and Rudra the character, though I believe Abrar has brought the role to life and he’s not that experienced that the character is completely unlike him, I’m sure he contributes to the little nuances of the character ....and does a brilliant job. But we have to consider Abrar as someone who is making poor choices and ru as a fictional character he is playing who is winning our hearts ❤️
- I firmly believe Abrar must be in a toxic relationship that we must learn to ignore and know that something like that will never last as there seems to be no trust and only melodrama. It’s his personal life. I also feel Abrar will learn with time as he is still inexperienced in this industry...he’s got a lot to learn....How to balance between professional and personal, to strike a balance. We can give him some benefit of doubt and a chance to redeem himself. He has to learn how he must promote and respect his fans from time to time. So of course we can make him feel the heat, make him aware of his faults...but give him a chance and time. Time to learn.
- None of us want the show to end. That’s what those abshitty fans want. By us giving up and boycotting the show, demanding for replacement, we can’t let them win. The show has not made it’s mark so hugely yet that it will survive that. The romance between ru and pree has just started, there is so much more to come that will burn the shit out of them- if one scene caused so much trouble, imagine what’s going to happen as the track goes forward. We have to give the show that chance. The more popular the show grows, that’s our victory and their loss. That’s the best way to deal with such toxic fans on social media and their juvenile comments. So we need to keep on promoting our show, pushing for promotion the way we have been doing to SP, Balaji, the actors, etc and not let something so trivial affect us the way it did yesterday ever again.
- We need to increase our activity here, as considering recent developments it’s very obvious that the threads are read & messages are conveyed. We asked for intensity, we are getting it! The chemistry Abrar and sargun share is fireeeee and will always be the USP of the show. Let’s keep pushing for more and hoping the TRP’s keep increasing.
So if by any chance you are reading this Abrar, yes you disappointed the fans of your show big time. You don’t promote enough. You don’t give us offscreen content. You don’t stick up on social media when you know what’s going on is very wrong. You stalk comments, you accidentally like them so you are very aware what’s going on yet you don’t seem to have a voice. However we genuinely love the show and really hope someday you start making up for this behaviour. We don’t expect anything huge but atleast baby steps. Nobody is asking you to pick a fan base or offend people in your personal life. All you are being asked is to be professional and fair!
No more Dhokebaazi, please Qazi.
That was rant. Peace out guys!!!
Happy Ganesh Chaturthi ❤️
