Go to settings and click on account hibernation!

I forgot the password and now I'm not able to login/reset the password of this account. The recovery mail id is also not available. Now I'm able to post only because I was already logged in before in the chrome browser long back.

You need to first reset your email to the one you have access to.

You need to validate the same.

After that try the Forgot password option.
