Story Recommendations for No forced marriage or Stronger Khushi or ...

Hello!

I have read a quite a few stories here a while back and loved them dearly and now would like to read some more. It's been ages now actually and I'm having a hard time finding stories on here. Especially as I have a certain kind of story in my head that I would like to read. So if any of you have any story that is similar to any of the below ideas, then if they could link or list it, I'd be very very thankful.

Also, I'm looking for stories that aren't completely alternate universe (au). As in, it can branch of from the storyline of the show at any point as the author pleases, or the characters can be changed or tweaked again as the author wishes but not completely different worlds if you know what I mean.

So does anyone know of stories where

1) The forced marriage track didn't happen for one reason or another and it branches of from there?

OR

2) Stories where Arnav is not as much of an a** to Khushi?

3) Where Arnav stands up for her or supports her. Or where he shows his trust in her (or her to him)

OR

4) Stories where Khushi is a little stronger? I'm not talking more modern or anything like that though that's fine too, but more where she is more emotionally stronger or braver. Where she can take care of problems herself as well. A little more capable/smarter. Still the beloved Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada mind, just some tweaking.

I found this amazing series, Appurs's Vignette series here on IF that is right up my alley and a exactly what I was looking for. It's set after Shyam is kicked out of the house and goes differently from there on. I'd highly recommend reading it. And similar stories to that is what I'm looking for. Strong Khushi, strong ArShi, great Raizada family bonds and characterization, just all round awesome. Really. Read it if that's something you like. And again, please please please, if you know of any well written stories similar to that, then let me know?!

You should read Phatti Sari's stories (if you haven't already). Her stories stay very true to the canon characterizations and storyline.

An ongoing one of hers, named Charade has a twist to the marriage track with Khushi proposing the elopement rather than Arnav.

Her completed stories include a series called Secret Romance which has 4 books. It takes off from the New Year Eve so the forced marriage track does not occur at all.

You can find her stories on her Tumblr page; and some of them are also posted on Fanfiction.net and Wattpad. Since IF does not allow us to post external links, you will have to find her Tumblr page by googling. But it is easy to find and if you still face some problem then I'll PM the link to you.

I'll add recommendations if and when I remember other stories. These were just the first ones to come to my mind so I put them up. Hopefully they will help you get started. 😳

And hehehe. When I first watched Sherlock the show and saw him sign his texts with it, I realized we shared initials. After that I kinda took to signing things that way. 😅😋

I highly recommend Edenrose64 on wattpad. All her stories fulfill your criteria ( strong Khushi, Arnav supporting her). She has an ongoing story : Trapped. Another one is" Intertwined fates " by justagirl92. The story is on hiatus till November, but writer has been regular in updates so hopefully she will come back to finish it.

Third is an ongoing story which I started to read recently. It is called "What if" by Pinkchampagneonice. She updates regularly.
