I do feel like Anna could eventually be also involved business-wise with Vivek and maybe Malhar's loan with the bank was to give to Vivek... he would do anything for Swara, since she was the only close family member left he had except Kaka and clearly we know Vivek's desire for money is so big he'd into any kind of illegal activities to get it, and later cry to AS or use other connections to get out of troubles.
