Omg .. I thought I was the only crazy one doing it.

I keep showing these random places to my husband and then go on zillow or local realtor websites to see property prices . Last week I landed on some part of zurich and then some lake front property in france . I even went to watch youtube videos for cost of living 🤣😂

I have lived through Europe like this .

I don't think I will ever get bored of mountains and lakes. I hate beachy hot places though.

I keep wondering what the local people do to afford . The apartments were costlier than NYC . Zurich was way pricier than France. I watched a vlog and the food price shocked the hell out of me especially meat.

Then , I broke up with Zurich. I am now living in Peru and Costa Rica. 🤣

Bandra/Khar you’ll at least get 1cr for a one bed. Go out to Mahim, Sion etc (just a station or two from Bandra) and 2 beds will go for about 1.2-1.4cr. Again, this was all pre pandemic. I guess property prices will never really crash but who has money to buy in this economy?

Edit - I just checked with my relatives what the actual quote was. My bad. Bandra 1 BHK was quoted at 1.3cr. And Mahim area 1.7cr for a 2 BHK (that too if you ‘know a guy’)
