We always think that west is about pao bhaji south dosa north kulcha east fish etc but if you look deep there's so much variety we never try.

South Indians have atleast 5 different cuisines... so much variety in India... and everything is so succulent! As long as its spicy

Chettinad is indeed pure veg. We are the one introducing non veg to everything 😆

Waise I love chettinad chicken... its very rare I have chicken, and this is one of the way I like it, along with tandoori/grilled/BBQ chicken 😳

Appam is from Tamil Nadu. Very common in fishermen areas. I hate Pongal 💔
