Suppose Mallika's kid comes into contact with Ashu and wants to call him Mama.. Effectively making Ashu mallika's brother, will mallika allow that?

Nidhi fights with Ashu over mallika issues and leaves the hospital in a fit of anger twice.. She does that without handing over the duty to someone else.. She doesn't ask for her superior's permission too.. Yet no action is taken on her.. Nonsense

Everything in KGH is really weird rangnaath is in administration department but he also gets the emergency calls..why is that so??
