Tum Or Aap?

Hey guys,

Maybe it's an irrelevant thing but what do you guys prefer for Riddhima while addressing Vansh? Tum or Aap?

I noticed that she has switched from Aap to Tum. Honestly, at the cost of sounding orthodox (which I am not generally, trust me), I kinda like it if ITV heroines address their hero-cum-husband, particularly, Vansh types as "Aap". 😳 Like it was with Shivika, Rikara, Arshi, Shanak, etc. ☺️

But I know, many people prefer "Tum".

I'd like Riddhima to address Vansh as "Aap". Is there anyone else here who has this "Aap" fetish? 😆

I prefer both saying aap to each other which is basic respect imo. But if one is saying tum, other should say tum too.

@bold - Yes, I like that too, but mainly in serials like Jodha Akbar, where the husband is addressing the wife formally as Begum. 😳

Aap has more apnapann to it.. ☺️

@bold - Yeah, it feels the same for me too.

She has no respect toward him & according to her he is rakhsas for whom she is now no more with her lover. So as there is no respect toward vansh in ridhima's mind this tum won't convert into aap ever. & this aaap se tum has been happened before marriage. So in future if ridhima ever falls in love with vansh maybe then also tum will never come back as aap because it'll look kinda weird then. 😁

Actually I checked again. She called him "Tum" when he proposed marriage. But against switched back to "Aap" when he saved her from falling off the stairs and gave her roses.
